How to delete your data
- Sign in to the TrustOriginality panel with your account email.
- Optional: download a JSON export of your account data before erasure.
- Confirm with your password and type DELETE to permanently erase personal data and close the account.
What personal data is removed
- Profile details (name, email) and authentication credentials.
- Verification submissions, analysis history and stored PDF reports tied to the account.
- API keys, integrity submissions and related product records owned by the user.
- Billing identifiers are anonymised; some invoices may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it.

Erasing personal data also closes the panel account. If you only need account closure wording for app stores, see account deletion. If you cannot sign in, email info@trustoriginality.ai with your registered email for a verified DSAR erasure request.
Important
- Self-service erasure requires your account password.
- This page is the public web path for data-deletion / erasure requests (including mobile app store listings).
- Security logs may be anonymised and kept for a limited period after erasure.
