How to delete your account
- Sign in to the TrustOriginality panel with the email used for your account.
- Open the account deletion page and confirm with your current password.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your user profile, login credentials and panel access.
- Analysis history, stored reports and API keys linked to the account.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled; billing records may be anonymised and retained where legally required.
- Security logs may be anonymised and kept for a limited retention period.
Other options
You can also export your data before deletion from the panel, or request erasure by email at info@trustoriginality.ai if you cannot access your account. Include the registered email address and enough detail for identity verification.
Important
- Deletion requires the account password. Google sign-in users who never set a password should contact support.
- This page is the public web path for App Store / Google Play account-deletion requests.
- NeuronGo and other TrustOriginality apps use the same panel account.
