By using the Services you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AUP, and order forms.

1. Services

Website, APIs, SDKs, mobile apps, panel — AI detection, deepfake analysis, Trust Score, blockchain anchoring, compliance.

2. Account & security

Provide accurate data. Keep credentials confidential. Report unauthorized access.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to create an account or subscribe. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Permitted & prohibited use

Lawful use only. No misrepresentation of scores. EU AI Act Annex III: no sole automated high-risk decisions.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. AI & Trust Score disclaimer

Outputs are probabilistic forensic signals, not legal proof. False positives/negatives occur. No sole Annex III high-risk automated decisions without human review.

5. Fees

6. Intellectual property

We retain IP. Limited license to you. You grant processing license for User Content.

7. Indemnification

You indemnify Soluzyn OÜ for claims from your content or breach.

8. Warranties & liability

Services "as is". Liability limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. No indirect damages where permitted by law.

9. Privacy

10. Termination

We may suspend for breach.

11. Governing law

Governed by the Republic of Estonia. B2B: Harju County Court, Tallinn. EU consumers retain mandatory local rights.
